At The Gallup Organization, she worked directly with Q12™ and StrengthsFinder™ assessments to understand what actually drives leader effectiveness, in practice, inside real organizations trying to close the gap between who their people are and who they need to be.
She brought that same rigor to two of the world's premier global law firms, Arnold & Porter and Ropes & Gray, environments where the standard for professional development is uncompromising and the bar for meaningful learning is exceptionally high.
At Whole Foods Market, Vaishali helped deploy the company's first competency model and played a central role in the Academy for Conscious Leadership, built on the conviction that how you lead matters as much as what you achieve. It is where she saw what happens when an organization is willing to examine not just skills, but consciousness.
At Indeed.com, Vaishali designed and facilitated executive leadership programs across teams, cultures, and time zones, working inside one of the world's most complex global organizations. She understands what it means to develop leaders not just for a room, but for a world.
